Cardi B and Offset’s relationship has been a rollercoaster of highs and lows. In July 2024, Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset after six years of marriage, citing a long time coming decision that wasn’t based on any particular incident.
Now, recent events have added fuel to the former couple’s messy split. Cardi B is accusing Offset of using bloggers to spread rumors about her. During a session on X Spaces, she alleged that Offset was collaborating with online blogs to tarnish her image.
“He’s upset because I sent his girlfriend messages of him begging me, saying he was going to take away his life, saying he was going to take away my life,” states Cardi.
Cardi also accused Offset of harassment, claiming he left her voicemails aimed at lowering her self-esteem. Additionally, she alleges that Offset sent explicit content of the two to someone she was involved with, stating, “He sent a text message to somebody I was dealing with of us having sex.” She further claimed that Offset had been harassing the man she was dating for several months.
On Valentine’s Day, Cardi B was spotted in Miami with Houston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs, sparking rumors of a new romance. TMZ footage captured them arriving at a hotel together in the early hours, with Cardi dressed in a sparkly silver two-piece and Diggs sporting a red baseball cap and letterman jacket.
The public outing didn’t sit well with Offset, who reportedly posted a series of now-deleted tweets targeting Cardi B. This isn’t the first time their personal issues have spilled into the public eye. Offset recently clashed with comedian Jess Hilarious after she commented on his tumultuous split from Cardi. Offset slid into her DMs, prompting Jess to respond publicly, defending her right to discuss the situation.
