In a wild new lawsuit, a Hollywood photographer, identified as John Doe, claims that during a high-profile commercial shoot in 2022 or 2023, Diddy forced him into performing oral sex under the threat of derailing his career.
According to the lawsuit filed in the New York State Supreme Court, the photographer alleges that Diddy invited him into a trailer under the pretense of discussing career opportunities. Once inside, Diddy allegedly made sexual advances, unzipped his pants, and implied that the photographer’s career would flourish if he complied. Feeling pressured and fearing professional repercussions, the photographer says he performed the act. He further claims that after the encounter, Diddy threatened him with physical violence and dismissed him from the trailer, leaving him to continue working while wrestling with the trauma of the situation.
Diddy’s legal team has responded to these allegations, telling TMZ, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone; man or woman, adult or minor.”
They continued: “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
This lawsuit adds to a series of legal challenges Diddy has faced in recent years. In November 2023, his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, filed a federal lawsuit accusing him of a decade of physical and sexual abuse, which was swiftly settled. Subsequently, in September 2024, Diddy was arrested on federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. The 14-page indictment alleges that he abused women and utilized his business empire for criminal activities. Diddy has pleaded not guilty, with a trial set for May 5, 2025.
Over 30 individuals have come forward with various allegations against Diddy, ranging from sexual harassment to rape. These claims span several decades and include accusations of violent acts, coercion, and the use of drugs and threats to control and control victims. Some accusers were minors at the time of the alleged incidents. Despite the mounting accusations, Diddy’s defense maintains his innocence, dismissing the claims as fabrications.
In addition to these allegations, Diddy has faced legal actions from other individuals. Music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr. filed a lawsuit accusing Diddy of sexual assault, improper payment, and grooming. While a New York federal judge dismissed five out of nine charges, claims of sexual assault and premises liability were upheld. Jones alleges that Diddy drugged him, forced him to hire prostitutes, and participated in nonconsensual sex acts during his work on Diddy’s 2023 album, “The Love Album: Off the Grid.”
Furthermore, Kristina Khorram, a former executive at Combs Enterprises and considered Diddy’s right-hand woman, has been named in three separate lawsuits accusing her of downplaying and covering up Diddy’s alleged actions. Khorram has denied all allegations, stating that they are false and have caused significant damage to her reputation and emotional well-being.
The outcome of these legal proceedings could have profound implications for the music industry and beyond.
