Fresh off his new 7-songs mixtape, It’s Only Weed Bro, Grammy and Golden Globe nominated recording artist Wiz Khalifa returns with a music video for track six, “Smokin Section.”
‘It’s Only Weed Bro’ sees the multi-platinum selling rapper freestyling over classic hip hop beats, including Mobb Deep’s ‘Survival of the Fittest’ and Jay-Z and Memphis Bleek’s ‘Dear Summer.’ For “Smokin Section,” Khalifa borrows the instrumental from Common’s ‘The 6th Sense‘ produced by DJ Premier.

Rap supergroup Migos don’t ‘Give No Fxk!’ That’s the theme for their latest single featuring Young Thug and Travis Scott. Produced by Murda Beatz, the heavily Auto-Tuned track includes braggadocios and high-life lyrics: “I got too many diamonds on, I look awesome / Yeah, after I hit that hoe, she need a walker / I just shoot them problems off, now I’m bossin'” they rap.

Rap veteran Jadakiss supports his latest single, “Kisses to the Sky,” which dropped last month, by releasing an official Director’s cut video.
“Kisses to the Sky” features appearances from Rick Ross and Emanny and is slated to appear on Kiss’ highly-anticipated new album, Ignatius, arriving on February 28th via Def Jam (pre-order with exclusive merch).
“The project is beautiful,” Jada told HipHopDX. “It’s not like nothing out there. It’s not turn-up; it’s real pain … it’s just real music. It’s real musical. It’s beautiful. You need it. I love how it’s put together sonically. I think my fans, old and new, will be able to really enjoy this body of work.”

Rapper/singer Tory Lanez recently dropped off the surprise music video for the song, “Broke In A Minute.”
“Broke In A Minute” follows the Grammy Award-nominated artist’s ‘Chixtape 5‘ project, which peaked at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart. ‘Chixtape 5’ puts Lanez’s artistic twist on some of the biggest hits of the 00’s and featured a few of the most iconic artists of that time period including “Jerry Sprunger,” a sample of T-Pain’s (who is also featured on Lanez’ version) hit record “I’m Sprung.”
Recently, Lanez announced three live shows in Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto in February. The shows will feature performances from his recent hit album plus other fan favorites from his catalog of chart-topping hits.

Rapper Meek Mill joins forces with pop veteran Justin Timberlake for the inspirational collaboration single and video, “Believe.”
“This is a special track and I’m grateful I had the opportunity to collaborate with Justin on it,” states Meek. “We really wanted to send a motivational message that would inspire people to take it to the next level and pursue their dreams. That turnt shit coming soon as well.”
Timberlake adds, “Meek is at the top of his game right now. The process of creating with him in the studio to help him put what he experienced to music was incredible.”
“Believe” marks the first time that the two acclaimed artists have worked together. Produced by Rob Knox and co-produced and written by Timberlake, the two first hit the studio in October after Knox brought the track to Timberlake’s attention.
The track’s moving companion visual was directed by Maxime Quoilin and shot entirely in film.
Buffalo rap trio Griselda pay homage to their homie while pushing their brand of New York rhymes on their latest release, “Cruiser Weight Coke,” the fourth single from ‘WWCD.’
The Rodney Passé-directed video follows Westside Gunn, Benny The Butcher and Conway The Machine in a gritty documentary-style video of the three rapping at different locations throughout Buffalo including the famous Niagara Cafe. Westside Gunn, the creative behind Griselda, is heard in voiceover interludes throughout the video explaining the meaning behind the album’s name, What Would Chine Gun Do, after late rapper, MachineGun Black, or Chine Gun.
The clique recently made their late-night TV debut performance on THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON.
Royce 5’9″ drops off the music video for his thought-provoking new single, “Upside Down,” featuring Benny the Butcher and Ashley Sorrell.
Directed by Cricket, the clip kicks off with sultry vocals from Ashley before Royce and Butcher deliver slick and brilliantly-written lyrics from the pulpit.
“Upside Down” is the fourth offering from Royce’s forthcoming album, The Allegory (eOne/Heaven Studios, Inc.), set to be released on February 21.
