Grammy-nominated rapper?Shy Glizzy taps?A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Trey Songz for his latest single,?”Dope Boy Magic.” On the bouncy offering, the?D.C. rapper tells tales of his dangerous lifestyle.

“This life gets scary honey / I?m gettin? that dirty money / Heard they took 30 from me / Then I gotta go?murder someone,” he raps on A Wall’s melodic production. “We got the block back jumpin? / You hear the birds, they hummin? / No I can?t serve no under / Yeah bitch I know they on me.”

R&B artist Trey Songz holds down the chorus while?New York’s A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie supports with braggadocious rhymes.

“Dope Boy Magic” will appear on?Shy Glizzy’s upcoming project,?Quiet Storm, due out December 12th.

Shy Glizzy is one of the most stylish rappers to hit the music scene since his 2014 smash debut, “Awwsome.” The record put D.C. rap on the map and Glizzy at the forefront of hip-hop, even Beyonce performed to the record at the 2015 Global Citizen Festival.

Lecrae Unwraps Rap Music Video For “Broke”

Award-winning rapper Lecrae drops the music video for his latest empowering single, “Broke.”

In the?Daniel Henry-directed visual, Lecrae sets up shop in a Cadillac and a store as he spits his struggle-proof lyrics.

“Money didn?t make me better, but struggling has developed my character in more ways than I can count,” says Lecrae. “This song is for everyone who is being molded by the struggle to become a better version of themselves and to work hard and chase their goals.”

?Broke,? produced by Boi-1da & T-Minus, appears on Lecrae’s?8th studio album, All Things Work Together, which debuted on?at #3 on the Billboard Album chart back in September (2017). The project also features the Top 10 Urban radio hit ?Blessings,? featuring Ty Dolla $ign, and the Top 10 Rhythm radio track ?I?ll Find You,? featuring Tori Kelly.
