Earth, Wind & Fire will open their 2027 touring year with 10 headlining concerts across seven Southeastern states, a run the band posted to its official website Monday (Oct 5) that starts April 14 at St. Augustine Amphitheatre in Florida and closes May 1 at Durham Performing Arts Center in North Carolina.
Folded into that stretch is an April 16 slot at Sun, Sand and Soul in Miramar Beach, Florida, a festival booking made public before the tour, which brings the band's confirmed spring appearances to 11 across 18 days.
From the Florida coast, the routing turns west to Brandon Amphitheater in Brandon, Mississippi, on April 17, then to BankPlus Amphitheater at Snowden Grove in Southaven on April 20 and Orion Amphitheater in Huntsville, Alabama, a night later. Georgia gets back-to-back dates, with Synovus Bank Amphitheater at Chastain Park in Atlanta on April 23 and Enmarket Arena in Savannah on April 24.
The final week runs through Township Auditorium in Columbia, South Carolina, on April 27 and the Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville on April 28. Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre in Charlotte follows on April 30, one night before the Durham finale.
The band's tour calendar also carries a March 6 engagement at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in West Palm Beach, which was booked before the spring routing and sits outside the count of 10.
Ticketing opened with presales on Wednesday, October 7, at 10 a.m. local time, followed by a Live Nation presale the next morning and the general public sale on Friday, October 9. The Ticketmaster artist page lists the participating dates alongside Shining Star Meet and Greet and Hot Ticket packages, with availability varying from city to city.
St. Augustine and Huntsville sell through AXS, and the band's calendar points buyers to the authorized seller for every other stop. No opening act has been named for any of the 10 shows.
In Miramar Beach, Earth, Wind & Fire top the Friday bill at Seascape Resort, sharing the night with Preservation Hall Jazz Band and The Wailers. The festival's official site lists Tedeschi Trucks Band, Lukas Nelson, Sierra Hull and Samantha Fish elsewhere across the April 15 through 17 weekend, and passes are sold separately by the organizer rather than on the October schedule.
The announcement lands weeks after the band's joint 2026 tour with Lionel Richie lost three rescheduled concerts in San Francisco, Chicago and Columbus while Richie recovered from a heart procedure, as HitsCulture reported in September. The spring dates belong to a separate Earth, Wind & Fire campaign and leave the status of those postponed shows unchanged.
Before any of it, the band still has nine October performances at The Venetian Theatre in Las Vegas, two December concerts in Atlantic City and a New Year's Eve appearance in Thackerville, Oklahoma.
The spring settings shift from open lawns in Brandon and Southaven to the older theater rooms in Knoxville and Columbia, with Enmarket Arena in Savannah the only arena on the itinerary. Durham Performing Arts Center, a 2,700-seat hall in downtown Durham, gets the last night on May 1.
