Feet Don't Fail Me Now (Part 2)

Joy Crookes reopened her 2021 title track "Feet Don't Fail Me Now" on September 1, 2026, handing the second verse to Ravyn Lenae. The original moved on strings and thumping bass, room enough for Crookes to work through performative activism and complicity in a smoky low register. Lenae answers in an airier one, so what was a woman talking herself into courage becomes two voices deciding whether to speak at all. Crookes keeps the hook, and nothing in the arrangement has been updated to sound like 2026.
