All-4-One built one of the defining vocal-group careers of the 1990s by taking songs across genre lines and making them sound native to four-part R&B harmony. Thirty-two years after "I Swear," the quartet is doing it again, this time with an entire Beatles album.

Jamie Jones, Delious Kennedy, Alfred Nevarez and Tony Borowiak will release The Soul Of The Beatles - Reimagined on January 22, 2027 through AFO Ltd. The 10-song project is their first studio album since Twenty+ arrived in 2015. The confirmed tracklist includes "Hey Jude," "Yesterday," "Come Together," "You've Got To Hide Your Love Away," "Let It Be," "We Can Work It Out," "In My Life," "The Long and Winding Road" and "Help," with "Can't Buy Me Love" opening the record.

The first single "Can't Buy Me Love" sees the group rebuilding the Beatles' 1964 recording around finger-snapping rhythm, brass and stacked harmonies, shifting the song toward the vocal architecture that has defined the quartet since its debut.

For those unaware, All-4-One's biggest record was already an exercise in transformation. John Michael Montgomery recorded "I Swear" as a country hit before All-4-One remodelled the song as a pop and R&B ballad. Their version spent 11 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won the 1995 Grammy for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal. The Recording Academy also lists their version of "I Can Love You Like That," another song associated with Montgomery, among the group's Grammy nominations.

That history makes The Soul Of The Beatles - Reimagined less of a departure. All-4-One has spent decades demonstrating how much a song can change when its melody is placed inside a different vocal arrangement. Here, the source material changes from country songwriting to Lennon and McCartney, but the mechanism remains the same: four singers reorganizing familiar melodies around harmony, phrasing and blend.

The quartet said the project grew from its "deep appreciation for the emotional power" of the Beatles' songwriting, according to reporting around the announcement.

The album also arrives with the group's original members intact. At a time when contemporary R&B groups regularly struggle to stay together, Jones, Kennedy, Nevarez and Borowiak have spent more than three decades singing together, and a Beatles covers album puts that shared vocal language at the center rather than asking the group to compete with contemporary production trends.

"Can't Buy Me Love" is therefore a useful first test. The melody is immediately recognizable, but the record succeeds or fails on what All-4-One adds between the notes. On the first single, the answer is the same tool that carried "I Swear" in 1994: four voices arranged to make an old song belong to them.
