Megan Thee Stallion is turning up on a Tuesday. Following the announcement that Victoria’s Secret named her one of four musical performers for the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, she drops off "Tina Tuesday Freestyle," a Houston-rooted rap exercise over Mike Jones’ "Still Tippin’" that revives her Tina Snow alter ego.

The fashion show streams live from Los Angeles on Sunday, October 18, and Megan shares the bill with KATSEYE, Tate McRae and Megan Moroney. She announced the booking to supporters under the words "My Dream Has Finally Come True." By the end of the day, the audience that will see her on a runway stage in three weeks had a much rougher version of her to hear first.

"Still Tippin’," the 2004 Mike Jones single featuring Slim Thug and Paul Wall, carried Houston’s slowed, candy-painted sound onto national radio when Megan was still a kid in the city’s South Park neighborhood. She raps over its creeping bounce like a hometown owner, trading bars about taking other women’s men, sending broke dudes home and stacking chips.

The visual is stripped down to almost nothing. Megan poses beside a glossy orange car for most of its runtime. There is no choreography, no wardrobe parade and no cameo, only the beat and the bars.

Tina Snow first arrived as the title of Megan’s 2018 EP. The name borrows from Tony Snow, the alter ego of the late UGK legend Pimp C, whose Port Arthur records shaped the Texas sound she grew up on. Tina is the hungrier, more explicit side of her writing, the voice that built her name on mixtapes before "Savage (Remix)" and a 2021 Best New Artist Grammy made her a pop fixture.

The freestyle works as a preview of Act III, the album she has framed as a full reintroduction of that persona. In her recent interview with Marie Claire, Megan explained the missed summer window by saying, "I wanted to take my time and record and really write." No release date has been announced.

Act III would follow Megan and its expanded edition, Megan: Act II, both released in 2024. It will also be her first album since her August distribution partnership with Interscope through her Hot Girl Productions imprint, a deal in which, as HitsCulture reported, Megan kept her masters and her publishing. Her most recent appearance before the freestyle came on the FIFA World Cup 2026 album alongside Andrea Bocelli, David Guetta and Ejae.

The 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show begins at 4:30 p.m. PT and 7:30 p.m. ET on October 18 and originates from a Los Angeles production site that Victoria’s Secret has not publicly identified. It streams globally and free of charge through the brand’s official YouTube channel and its Instagram and TikTok accounts, so viewers need neither a ticket nor a paid subscription to watch.

The company is continuing its recent practice of booking an all-women performance bill. The 2025 show featured Missy Elliott, Karol G, Madison Beer and TWICE, which means Megan steps into the hip-hop slot one year after one of the genre’s foundational innovators held it.

KATSEYE brings a multinational pop group to the program, Tate McRae brings a dance-heavy stage show, and Megan Moroney represents contemporary country.
