About This Release
Future released "Ya Hit" on Friday (Nov 6) through Epic Records, a 3:34 single featuring Drake, Travis Scott and Pompano Beach rapper Loe Shimmy. In 2024 Future was on the other side of "Like That," his No. 1 with Metro Boomin and Kendrick Lamar, and footage from a Rolling Loud set that year showed Scott pressing the duo to play it.
The four first turned up together at Drake's 40th birthday party, where Future, Scott and Shimmy were filmed playing unreleased music with Cash Cobain in the room. Shimmy comes into the single after his feature on "I'm Spent" from Drake's Habibti and his own July album, Pretty Girlz Run The World.
