Fades Away (2026 Remix)

Saukrates is revisiting a piece of Toronto hip-hop history with Fades Away (2026 Remix), bringing Drake, the late King Reign and The BLK LT$ together on a reimagined version of his classic recording. Produced by Walter Milsapp III and Xman, the remix reflects the collaborative relationships that have shaped the city's music community across generations. For Saukrates, also known as Bigg Soxx, the release carries a personal dedication to Kunle "King Reign" Thomas, whose contributions remain part of Toronto's hip-hop legacy.

The October 23 release through SRG-ILS also arrives as Saukrates prepares a larger celebration of his catalog. An upcoming classics LP is expected to include On The Run featuring k-os and Nelly Furtado, alongside two new original songs. His plans also include a documentary and the Saukrates Youth Electric Symphony Orchestra, an ensemble featuring 60 student musicians. With Fades Away back in circulation, Saukrates is connecting his longstanding musical partnerships with the next chapter of his career.
