Chlöe has never needed an elaborate plot to hold the camera. In the new choreography video for “World On Fire,” she turns an open warehouse floor into enough of a stage, moving through a demanding Fullout Cortland routine with a package of dancers behind her.

Released September 7, the performance visual keeps its attention on bodies, formation and control. Chlöe moves from synchronized group routines into moments that isolate her at the center of attention, matching the song’s tension between private refuge and the chaos suggested by its title.

“World On Fire” is built around emotional escape, with Chlöe offering intimacy as shelter while everything outside the relationship appears to collapse. The choreography makes that contradiction physical. Her movements are forceful, but the performance remains closely controlled, especially when the arrangement pulls back around her voice.

The clip was created with choreographer Fullout Cortland, whom Chlöe credited while announcing that she wanted to make “something special” for the song. Taj Nicole James also appears in Chlöe’s credits for the release.

“World On Fire” appears as the fourth track on Resurrection, Chlöe’s 13-song collaborative mixtape with Timbaland. The project arrived in June through Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records, pairing one of R&B’s most athletic contemporary vocalists with a producer whose percussion has spent decades pulling singers toward the dance floor.

The new clip also extends an unusually visual rollout. Chlöe and Timbaland have already released videos or visualizers connected to “Talking Dirty,” “Priorities,” “Better Than She Can,” “On Your Own” and “Main Attraction.” Rather than allowing the mixtape to disappear after its opening week, Chlöe has treated its songs as individual performance opportunities.

That sustained campaign highlights Chlöe’s strongest asset: a complete creative package. She produces, arranges vocals and builds dense harmonies, while the “World On Fire” video shows that choreography is more than a visual add-on. For Chlöe, movement helps complete the song’s artistic vision and remains central to her performance style.
